At Rocketeers Childcare we run before-school and after-school wraparound clubs along with care on Inset days across Horsham, and almost everyone leading our settings started by working directly with children. There's nothing better than growing a leadership team internally, so we've built a clear, supported route to get you there.
For the right candidates we're offering a structured pathway that takes you from playworker to Deputy and Manager, backed by funded qualifications, real CPD, and mentoring from people who've done the job.

Meet Trudy
Trudy joined in Rocketeers in September 2018 and has worked at every Rocketeers site during that time.
She has covered various roles and, having recently been promoted to Head of Business, is an integral part of the management team.
Trudy works closely with Rocketeers families from the time they make their first enquiry to the time their child leaves as well as supporting the staff teams at setting.
